Who we are (data controller)

AlanyaTransferTaxi, based in Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our booking channels. You can reach us any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

What data we collect

When you request a quote or book a transfer we collect only what is needed to provide the service: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, passenger count and any notes you add (for example child seat requests). If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, we also process the contact details and message content you share.

Why we process your data (purpose & legal basis)

We process your data to answer your enquiry, confirm and operate your transfer or tour, communicate changes, and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of a contract (your booking), our legitimate interest in running the service, and — where required — your consent.

Who we share it with

Your booking details are shared only with the driver assigned to your transfer, strictly to perform the service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Messaging runs over WhatsApp (Meta), and email over our hosting provider — each acting under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as necessary for the service, follow-up questions and our legal record-keeping obligations under Turkish law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. We use only functional browser storage: remembering that you closed a notification, and the technical session needed to serve pages. If we later add analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), this policy and a consent banner will be updated accordingly.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11 & GDPR)

You have the right to learn whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and — under the GDPR — request portability or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, simply email us; we respond within the statutory time limits.

Security & changes to this policy

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and data minimisation — to protect your information. We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision.
