Antalya Airport (AYT) to Alanya is about 125 km and takes roughly 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your hotel.
How long is the transfer from Gazipaşa Airport to Alanya?
Gazipaşa Airport (GZP) is the closest airport — only about 40 km / 30–40 minutes to central Alanya.
Do you operate at night?

How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring a standard suitcase plus hand luggage at no extra cost. Our Eco Minivan and VIP Mercedes Vito comfortably carry up to 8 passengers with their bags, and the Sprinter minibus suits larger groups of up to 16. Travelling with extra or oversized items such as golf clubs, skis, a pushchair, surfboard or wheelchair? Just tell us when you book and we will assign the right vehicle with enough space, at no surprise charge.
Do you handle large groups?
Yes. For larger families, friends or company trips we use the VIP Mercedes Vito (up to 8) or our Sprinter minibus (up to 16), so everyone travels together in one vehicle with their luggage — no splitting across cars. Share your group size and luggage when you message us and we will confirm one fixed price for the whole group, with free child seats on request.
Can we make a stop on the way?
Of course. Many guests like to stop at a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM or for a quick photo on the scenic coast road. Let your driver know, or mention it when booking on WhatsApp, and a short stop is no problem. For longer detours or multiple drop-offs we will simply confirm the fixed price in advance, so there are never any surprises.
Are your drivers and vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes. We have operated in the Alanya region since 2014, and every transfer is handled by a licensed, experienced local driver in a fully insured, regularly serviced and air-conditioned vehicle. Our drivers know the D-400 coast road and every district and hotel, and many speak English. Your safety and a smooth, professional door-to-door journey are our priority on every trip.
Can I book a return (round-trip) transfer?
Yes, and it is the easiest way to travel. Choose "round trip" when you get your quote, or tell us your return date and time on WhatsApp, and we will confirm both legs at one clear fixed price. On departure day your driver collects you from your hotel in good time for your flight, so your whole trip is sorted from the moment you land to the moment you fly home.
How will I recognise my driver?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it — our meet & greet service. We track your flight, so the driver is ready whether you land early or late. If the hall is busy or you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp once you have your bags and we will tell you exactly where your driver is standing. You will never be left searching.
Can you provide a transfer for passengers with reduced mobility?
Yes — just tell us when you book. Our drivers are glad to help passengers who find walking difficult, and there is room in our vans for a folding wheelchair, walker or pushchair. Let us know your needs in advance so we can send the most suitable vehicle, allow a little extra time and meet you right where it is easiest for you. Please note our vehicles are standard vans rather than lift-equipped, so the passenger should be able to transfer to a seat with some assistance.
Can I bring a pet on the transfer?
Travelling with a pet? Let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate it. Small animals in a suitable carrier are usually no problem, and for larger pets we will advise the best vehicle and arrangement when you book. Telling us early means we can assign a comfortable car and make sure everyone — including your pet — travels safely and stress-free.
